Return Policy
We currently do not offer all our customers a return or refund policy.
However, Returns can be initiated in case of wrong or damaged product(s) received. You can raise a return request for product(s) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
In case of damaged products, products will be reshipped by our team if proper uncut unboxing video is shared with our team. Only replacement is available, no refund.
If the same product is not available, a refund will be initiated.
Please contact us at inswaypixels@gmail.com or 9926007438 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order ID and email an image of the products you wish to return. An unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory if items are missing or damaged in the package or order. Please note, no return, refund, or replacement requests will be entertained if the seal of the product is tampered with.
We will schedule a return pick-up within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse. If the request is for a replacement, it is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will provide store credit of full amount to you.
Refund Policy
In case of cancellations, returns, and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments made through Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. In case the amount is not credited in given time please connect with your bank to check regarding the refund.

Cancellation Policy
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us on email inswaypixels@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 9926007438. Cancellations are only eligible if requested in the next 6 hours once order is placed and in some cases if the products are already shipped cancellation charges will be applied . Once an order is placed, we must book the products with our vendors to arrange for shipment to our warehouse, where the items are packed together and then dispatched to your location. The final decision on whether to accept a cancellation request rests solely with our team.
Please note that once the order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation charges will be deducted after return of any product in rare cases including shipping charges( Cancelled on delivery by customer).
Please note : Customized orders are non refundable and cannot be canceled.
Important : Bulk/Wholesale order will not be cancelled in any case.
